I kind of love how this drawing only puts details where it needs to be. The poses are conveyed easily with just a few wrinkles and likes to hint at it, and where our attention is, their expressions and likeness is shaded just the right amount, and the picture has a really nice balance and flow to it. Whether it’s deliberate or not, the weight of it is rather well composed.

Christmas is a time you spend with your friends and people who care about you.
Also, that random girlfriend who your friend will inevitably break up with, but she’ll forever be in your Christmas pictures and it will always be awkward.
(The only reason it doesn’t annoy me that she’s there is because it’s the sort of thing that happens in real life a lot.)
